Successful completion of the “Türkiye–Hungary Innovation & Digitalization Partnership in the EU Funds” online info session

22 October 2025

We are pleased to share that our first joint event between Türkiye and Hungary was held successfully, bringing together nearly 400 participants.

This impressive turnout clearly reflects the growing interest in both countries towards EU funding opportunities and international collaboration.

The Event aimed to connect institutions, businesses, and key stakeholders from both countries and to support their participation in directly managed EU programmes, such as Horizon Europe and the Digital Europe Programme.

It has offered meaningful insights and connections for companies, universities, municipalities, clusters, chambers, research centres, and NGOs alike and also marked an important milestone in strengthening Turkish–Hungarian innovation diplomacy and joint R&D initiatives, laying a solid foundation for future consortium-based projects.

During the event, participants:

  • received first-hand insights into current EU funding trends and success factors,
  • gained practical guidance on how Turkish and Hungarian organisations can build effective partnerships,
  • learned from real-life best practices of joint international projects, and
  • had valuable networking opportunities to explore future collaborations.

Presentations from the event are available for download below.

The contact details of participating organisations that expressed their interest in establishing partnerships, to further facilitate future collaboration:

We sincerely thank all participants for their active engagement and contribution!

This event marks just the beginning — let’s continue building innovation bridges across Europe together!
